The second issue of Grande Angolo is dedicated to the most famous master of colours in Italy. It is a small and precious book where Domenico Mancini, known as Memmo di Poggi , is told by Luca Ronchi through the selection and transcription of fragments of many conversations that have taken place over the years.
In the book, in these Conversation Pieces, are remembered the history of the Coloreria, the evolution of materials and colors for Fine Arts, the adventures of American artists in Rome after World War II, the visits of Italian painters in the historic coloreria near the Pantheon, the friendship with Balthus “the last exponent of the classical technique” and with Schifano, “sick of painting”.
The history of art in Rome unfolds in the eyes of the "coloraio", we get to know the artists who have lived or passed through the city, from Guttuso to Twombly, from Rauschenberg to Paladino, revealing little-known characters, fixations and attitudes, but also a whole world that has always visited the shop every day.

The first issue is dedicated to the art of cinema: "Grande angolo per uomini, manifesti e paesaggi" is the title of a cinematographic treatment written by Mario Schifano. Believed to be lost, it was recently found in the studio of the producer Gianni Barcelloni Corte and acquired by the Archive.
The subject dates back to 1969, a year characterized by an Italian film production rich in titles linked to a highly politicized and contested climate. It tells about three episodes of rebellion with a strong "sixty-eight" ideological setting, played by an important cast: Ugo Tognazzi, Gian Maria Volontè, Carmelo Bene and Goffredo Parise.
The film was never made and the project was replaced by "Umano non umano" produced and shot in the same year.
